We’re proud to be a music-forward space - first and foremost a live music destination - where sound sets the tone for every night. From intimate local acoustic sets to open mic nights that surprise you, music isn’t an occasional feature at LoCali, it’s part of the heartbeat. Vinyl records play a supporting role, spinning between performances and shaping the atmosphere, not just decorating the walls. Every night carries its own rhythm, and LoCali celebrates the art of live sound as much as the craft of wine.

  • Hi, nice to meet you!

    My name is Kevin and I’m proud to call West Chester home. As the driving force behind the LoCali concept, I created our wine lounge out of a simple idea - bring the laid back charm of California to the community we love right here in Chester County. With a little injection of another passion - music - we hope that the vibe of LoCali is talked about as much as the wine.

    After years of making wine in Napa Valley under our own labels - Red Brick and Mollie Mae, and, more recently, Moon Shadow and Bella Amica - we thought why not create a spot right here in our home town where people can actually enjoy them the way we enjoy them.

    LoCali is all about good wine, great music, and local vibes. Our team’s made up of West Chester area folks who love this town as much as I do — bartenders, musicians, and friendly faces that make the place feel like home. We built LoCali to be that easygoing spot where California flavor meets Pennsylvania heart.

  • All LoCali wines are crafted in Napa Valley, California, and brought to Pennsylvania to share. From vine to glass, each wine is made with care, combining California craftsmanship with local ownership.

  • Think warm lighting, great music, and relaxed California charm. We’re a music-forward wine lounge with an emphasis on vinyl music, blending an upscale but unpretentious vibe with community energy. Expect curated playlists, spinning vinyl records, and friendly faces behind the bar.

  • Yes! LoCali offers a menu of small plates and shareables designed to complement our wines—think charcuterie, snacks, and seasonal bites sourced from local partners.

  • Absolutely! We host live acoustic sets, open mic nights, and bring-your-own-vinyl events throughout the week. Check our Events page or follow us on social media for the latest lineup.

  • We’re open Thursday through Sunday with hours from 4:00pm - 10:00pm on Thursday and Friday and 12:00pm - 10:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

  • There’s convenient street parking and nearby garages throughout downtown West Chester. Most guests find it easy to park within a block or two of the lounge, especially after 5 p.m.

  • Yes! LoCali is available for private tastings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. We can create a custom experience with wine flights, food pairings, and live music options. Inquire through our Private Events page
