Parking at LoCali and in West Chester
LoCali Wine Lounge is located at 123 E. Market Street in downtown West Chester. Street parking, public parking lots and two downtown garages are available within a short walk of the lounge.
For the easiest experience—especially on busy Friday and Saturday nights—we recommend using one of the nearby parking garages.

Located near the intersection of High and Market Streets, the Bicentennial Garage is one of the most convenient options for visiting LoCali. From the garage, walk east on Market Street to reach the lounge.
The garage is open 24 hours and offers hourly public parking.

Chestnut Street Parking Garage

The Chestnut Street Garage is another convenient option located a few blocks north of LoCali. Exit the garage and walk south toward Market Street, then east to the lounge.
Hourly public parking is available, although some areas may be reserved or limited. Follow all posted garage signage.

Parking rules, availability and pricing are controlled by the Borough of West Chester and may change during special events, road closures or downtown festivals.
Please read all posted signs and confirm your parking session before heading to LoCali. LoCali does not operate or control downtown parking facilities and cannot reimburse or resolve parking citations.

On-Street Parking
Metered street parking is available throughout downtown West Chester, including spaces along Market Street and surrounding blocks.
West Chester currently has a three-hour limit for on-street parking, so a garage may be the better option when you plan to enjoy dinner, drinks, live music or a full evening downtown.
Street parking and many Borough lots can be paid through the ParkMobile app or at a nearby payment kiosk.
West Chester’s standard parking enforcement hours are:
Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 AM
Saturday: 5:00 PM–12:00 AM
Sunday: No standard meter enforcement
